How I Stay Healthy
So much is on the news lately about the Corona Virus, and although I don’t like the thought of panicking people and creating a low-vibration state…I find myself washing my hands more often, keeping my immune system strong, and keeping my environment clean.
When I was a full-time yoga and pilates instructor in Los Angeles, I used to go to my clients homes to give them their private sessions on their home equipment. It was always frustrating to me when they would cancel (especially if it was last minute!), because I was counting on that income. So, I recommended products that would keep my clients strong and healthy so they would not cancel their sessions. Everybody wins.
Today I will give you some of my health secrets so you stay strong, healthy, and immune to this virus.
My first recommendation is an immune supplement called the Wellness Formula. It works great! Some of my clients use it daily (they take 1 tablet only), and some will take it only if they start to feel like they are catching something. This little formula will skyrocket your immunity and you will avoid getting sick.

Lastly, it is also important to keep a health balance of bacteria in your digestive tract. I don’t think it is necessary to take a very high dose of probiotic capsules, as you want to encourage your own body to keep producing your own native gut bacteria. However, I do drink (and enjoy) a healthy dose of Goat Kefir.
Dairy is not my friend and will slow down my digestive system. But goat kefir tastes delicious and my body loves it!
Of course, it is also super important that you give yourself plenty of time to rest, and eat well.
