In my experience in creating powerful and lasting transformations in my clients, the crucial part of the work is clearing the negative programs and thought forms that steal so much of a person’s precious time and life force. Once an individual experiences freedom from those burdens, they usually naturally gravitate towards their ideal reality.
If you want to power up your spiritual practice, heighten your intuitive ability, and become a strong energy healer – this is the work that you need to do. You must do a lot of “inner clean-up”, and learn how to master your energy.
Once you are cleared of “inner junk”, old burdens, and self-sabotage, you can now easily receive, absorb, and utilize new information and spiritual teachings!
We will give you tools and teachings that will help you maintain radiant health and help heal others, receive accurate intuitive information and receive divine guidance, and use divination with accuracy.
Lastly, we will give you the tools to manifest what you want. This part of the course is intentionally left for the end. This is because when you try to manifest something while you are still riddled with internal blocks and negative programs, you will either manifest partial & unsatisfactory results or be unable to keep what you have manifested.

MONTH 1
Healing generational blocks & burdens / Rewire your brain & nervous system
Session 1
Cutting negative generational influences and cords
We carry a lot of inherited and genetic burdens that can overwhelm our souls. Many of those blocks were created and imprinted before we were old enough to speak and form words. This makes these blocks difficult to clear as we do not have a way to articulate them. Just learning and following this process is life changing.
Session 2
I lead you through a powerful group healing of our generational blocks and negative influences. I will also cut your cords.
Session 3
Liz Larson, master NLP practitioner and co-creator of Cognomovement, will expedite your inner cleanse with powerful techniques to :
- Rewire your nervous system for greater access to energy and creativity.
- Clear the stuck “loops” in your brain that feed negative triggers.
- Use eye movement patterns to reprogram your perceptions.
- Activate your auric field to clear blockages and enhance manifestation.
MONTH 2
Identify and clear negative entities from energy field.
Session 1
Clearing negative thought-forms, traumas, and phobias.
You will learn how our auric field gets populated and congested with negative entities (that we have co-created and are feeding), and how their existence compromises our energetic frequency. I will also teach you about the impact of larger thought forms that rule over organizations, religions, and even countries.
We will learn how to identify and clear those entities from our field.
Session 2
Michael Sheridan, powerful dream interpreter and channeler, will work with you today to help you recognize and clear any negative attachments and/or infiltration. He will clear everyone in the class and also teach you how to keep your own energy field clear of negative entities.
This is powerful and necessary work, and Michael is the expert!
Session 3
I will lead you through a powerful mediation that will clean out your field of negative thought forms (self-created and also embedded by others). You will feel a difference.
MONTH 3
Learning inner programs and beliefs (and completing our generational cord cutting)
Session 1
Clearing inner programs and beliefs.
Deep beliefs and programs and how to clear them. How to test for them, the process of discovery and the art of asking the right questions. Clearing: vows, negative entities, fears, beliefs.

Demonstrating the process
I will be working with volunteers to show the process of:
Muscle testing for blocks
“Digging” for hidden beliefs

Cutting the Ties (closing meditation)
This is where we finally complete the process and cut the negative familial cords. This is an important completion of the cords that frequently “hijack” our freedom and sovereignty
MONTH 4
Using spiritual tools & teachings to enhance and energize your life
Session 1
Using crystals to enhance everything in your life. Crystals contain a tremendous amount of energy that needs to be harnessed correctly and respectfully. Using the wrong crystal or not knowing how to clean your crystal can be harmful.
You will learn:
✔ How to clean your crystals of previous imprints and congestion
✔ How to use your crystals correctly (the properties and powers of different crystals)
✔ How to wear your crystals (they can be harmful if worn incorrectly)
✔ How to use crystals for protection.
Session 2
Working with the Angels
You will learn how to build a relationships with our Angels & guides, and how their intervention can greatly expedite and enhance our healing and our progress.
There is a correct way to make your requests so you get what you want, and not a “lesson”!
You will also learn how to perceive the messages from your Angels and create your own “Angel Committee’s”.
Session 3
Feng Shui for home and luck
How to optimize your space to energize and enhance everything! There are unseen energies that flow throughout your home (and business) environment, and they can either bring your harmony and prosperity – or – problems and poverty.
Feng Shui is simple, practical, and easy to use.
Optimize location and arrangement of your home and work environment to attain harmony and balance.
Identify unfavorable conditions that work against the currents of energy and learn the correct remedies.
MONTH 5
Taking your spirituality & healing to a higher level
Session 1
Understanding messages encoded in your dreams
Want to know what your dreams are telling you?
How do you know if you are on the right track? Are you unsure of your spiritual gifts?
Your dreams hold all those answers, and Michael Sheridan will help you find them. You will learn exactly what your dreams are communicating to you, and it will change your life. Michael will teach you, not only how to identify your own spiritual gifts, but to also help others understand their gifts from their dreams.
Your dreams hold many other answers, such as what emotional wounds need healing, your physical health, and how to identify your guides in your dreams.
Session 2
How color therapy can heal almost anything
There are ancient and powerful healing methods that have been obscured, forbidden, and almost forgotten.
In this session, I will demonstrate how to use the Color Therapy method, step-by-step, so you can use it for yourself and others. This is an amazingly effective healing method, with no side effects, and is accessible to everyone.

How to predict (and create) the future
Session 1
Understanding the Ancient Art of the Tarot
You will learn how to accurately interpret and read the cards. You do not need to be familiar with Tarot cards – you just need a deck.
You will learn:
✔ How to understand the mental / emotional state of a person you are reading for.
✔ How to connect the cards like connecting words in a sentence.

Practicing our new Tarot skills
In this session, we will practice our Tarot skills by giving and receiving readings!
We will also learn how Tarot cards can help with the healing and transformation process.

Going deeper into divination & Tarot / Q&A
In this session, I will share with you some deeper meanings and symbols of Tarot cards, and how ancient knowledge has been passed down in these images.
In the 2nd part of today’s session, we will have an open Q&A. Bring your questions re: the Tarot or anything else that has been taught in the course.

The Journey:
Reality Shifting course lasts 6 1/2 months total. This course is structured very intentionally so you have the power and the tools to bend and shift your reality.

We will meet online (via Zoom) three times monthly starting February 8th, Saturdays @10am Pacific / 12noon Central / 1pm Eastern.
